The aim of this study is to determine the effective factors on improving modeling and creating cultural symbols in public sports. Designed and implemented. In terms of applied purpose, the present study was a descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method, which was mixed based on the research approach. The statistical population of the qualitative part of this research consisted of elites and experts in the field of management aware of the subject of the research and in the quantitative part; The statistical population also included experts. The tools of the present study included questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Coding was used to examine the data of the qualitative part and the structural equation method was used in the quantitative part. The whole process of data analysis was performed in SPSS software version 20 and Smart PLS version 2. The results of the present study showed that cultural activities, educational issues, social activities, regulatory issues, nature issues, ethical issues and symbolism should be identified as key components to improve cultural modeling in public sports. The results of the present study showed that among the identified factors, cultural factors, educational factors and social factors are identified as key factors to improve cultural modeling in public sports.

In this research, the aim of the test of spiritual leadership model on sport commitment, sport satisfaction and productivity was calling and membership in individual and team sports. The statistical population included 409 athletes. .The method of this research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of correlation method. For descriptive analysis of the data, descriptive statistics were used and for deductive analysis of the data, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (for determining the reliability of the components of the questionnaire), KMO, and Bright Bartlett (for determining the sampling adequacy), factor analysis of the main components (for determining the structural validity), and structural equations (for model testing) were used. The data collection tool was a 40-item questionnaire of Fry's Spiritual Leadership (2016), 56 questions of Chelladurai sports satisfaction (1998), and 58 questions of Scanlan's sports commitment (2015).Based on the results, spiritual leadership in both individual and team sports has a positive and significant relationship with sport commitment, sport satisfaction and efficiency. Also, in both individual and team sports, the presence of mediating variables gives better fit and Two variables of sense of membership and self-actualization have been introduced as the mediator of the spiritual leadership effect on these three variables. Spiritual Leadership Increases Attraction, Fitness, and Productivity In Team and Individual Sports.

The purpose of this research was to design perspective and strategic map for Deaf Sports Federation using DEMATEL paired comparisons method and Balanced Scorecard. The research was a The study was a mixed method research. The statistical population of the research was in the quantitative section of 90 experts, members of the General Assembly of the Federation, which 73 were selected according to the Morgan table. The qualitative section was used to co-operate with 12 members strategic Council. The tool was a researcher-made questionnaire designed to determine the scenery whose validity was confirmed by 5 professors and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and Coefficient 82 /.
